Requests are stored on-device using a local database (SQLite). App settings (such as theme and notification toggle) are stored on-device (SharedPreferences).

The app does not include ads or in-app analytics/tracking. The app may use platform notification capabilities to display local notifications on your device.
If you enable notifications and your device requires permission, the app may request notification permission (for example, Android POST_NOTIFICATIONS). Denying permission will not prevent you from using the app; it only affects notification delivery.
Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for controlling access to your device. If your device is compromised, rooted/jailbroken, or shared without safeguards, your data may be exposed.
The app is intended for business/workshop use and is not designed for children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the app stores data locally on your device, uninstalling the app or clearing its storage may delete your data. Device-level backups (if enabled on your device) are managed by your operating system and are outside of the app’s control.
