100% Offline • No accounts • No cloud syncPharmacist Assistant (مساعد الصيدلي) is an offline-first Flutter app for pharmacists to manage medicine inventory, track stock quantities and prices, record daily sales, view sales history, and receive low-stock and expiry alerts. The app is Arabic-language, uses a local on-device login, and stores all data only on the user's device using Hive and SharedPreferences. There are no online accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party tracking.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data you enter — medicine names, quantities, prices, expiry dates, categories, sales records, and the local login state — remains exclusively on your device. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, device identifiers, or usage analytics. The app requests no internet permission for its core features and performs no background data upload.
Data stored on your device is used solely to provide app functionality: displaying inventory dashboards, calculating stock totals, identifying low-stock (below 10 units) and expiring (within 30 days) medicines, recording sales and deducting stock, and maintaining the local logged-in session. No data is used for advertising, profiling, or any secondary purpose.
We never share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to any third party. Because the app works fully offline with local storage, your data never leaves your device unless you personally uninstall the app, clear app data, share your device, or create a manual device backup.
The app contains no advertisements, no ad SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, no cookies, no social logins, and no third-party services. Dependencies used (Hive, SharedPreferences, path_provider, intl, go_router) operate locally on-device only.
Your data is protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption, app sandbox). The local login (default on-device check) is a basic access convenience, not a cloud account, and credentials never leave the device. To protect your pharmacy records, keep your device locked, keep OS updated, and maintain your own device backups. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage will permanently delete all local records.
This app is a professional pharmacy management tool intended for adult pharmacists and pharmacy staff. It is not directed at children under 13, and we knowingly collect no data from children.
If we update this policy (for example, if a future version adds optional online features), the updated version will be published here / inside the app with a revised date. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.

The app is provided for lawful pharmacy inventory and sales assistance. You may use it to manage your own pharmacy stock, record sales in Egyptian Pounds (ج.م), and monitor expiry and low-stock alerts. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of entered medicine data, prices, quantities, and expiry dates. Expiry and low-stock alerts are assistive reminders only and do not replace professional pharmaceutical judgment, verification of medicines, or compliance with local health regulations. You are responsible for maintaining backups and for securing your device and local login access.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or clearing storage, financial discrepancy, or dispensing error arising from use of the app.
All rights, title, and interest in Pharmacist Assistant, including its design, code, and branding, belong to the developer. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your pharmacy operations.
