        Note: We do not collect precise GPS location, browsing history outside the app, contacts, or data from other apps on your device. We do not use advertising identifiers or device fingerprinting.

Account creation and authentication — To verify your identity via phone number and OTP and maintain your account.
Service delivery — To book appointments, match you with specialists, and manage your loyalty points and rewards.

The Kenzi app does not display advertisements. We do not integrate advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics services that collect personal data for ad targeting.

We may use essential third-party services strictly for app functionality (e.g., cloud hosting, network communication). These services do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly, and you will be notified.

App Usage

Kenzi is a mobile application that allows you to browse, book, and manage beauty, dermatology, and aesthetic treatments offered by partnered clinics. The app provides:

Service and specialist discovery with detailed profiles and ratings
Online appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellation
A loyalty and rewards program with points tracking
Personalized medical profile for safer service recommendations
Media gallery with before/after results and reels
In-app notifications and referral features

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Responsibility

By using the Kenzi app, you agree to:

Services & Bookings

All services listed in the app are provided by independent clinic professionals. Kenzi acts as a booking and discovery platform. While we strive to ensure accuracy of service descriptions, pricing, and availability:

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.
Bookings are subject to confirmation by the clinic.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are defined by the individual clinic.
Loyalty points and rewards are managed within the app and have no cash value.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Kenzi app and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any treatment or service provided by clinic professionals.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law.

App Ownership

The Kenzi app, including its design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by and proprietary to Kenzi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content without prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed within the app — including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, and software — is the property of Kenzi or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content from the app is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the app shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
