• Account credentials (the app does not require user accounts)

• Any information transmitted to external servers

2. Use of Data

All data collected by FixIt is used solely to provide the app's functionality:

Your data is processed entirely on your device. We do not have access to your data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the app's core features.

5. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device using the device's standard local storage mechanisms, data security depends on your device's security settings:

• Data is stored using your device's secure local storage system
• We recommend using device-level security features such as screen locks and encryption
• If you uninstall the app, all stored data will be removed from your device

We do not have access to your device or your data, so we cannot be responsible for device-level security breaches. Please ensure your device is properly secured.

6. Children's Privacy

FixIt is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app does not collect personal information and operates entirely offline, there is no risk of collecting information from children.

7. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data:

• You can view all your maintenance requests at any time
• You can edit or delete any maintenance request
• You can delete photos attached to requests
• You can uninstall the app to remove all data from your device

• Attach photos to requests

The App operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection to function.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Using the App in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you enter into the App
• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data if desired (the App does not provide cloud backup)
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.

• Any maintenance issues or problems reported through the App
• Communication between you and building management
• Resolution of maintenance requests
• Data loss due to device failure, loss, or theft

5. App Ownership

FixIt, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide updates, bug fixes, or support for the App.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice.
