Overview

Architect's Office is a fully offline project, client, expense and payment manager for architects and small offices. It helps you track projects, contract values, client payments, expenses, and project status (active, completed, stopped). The app works in Arabic, stores everything on your device, requires no account, no internet, and no cloud sync.

Data Collection

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data you enter stays on your device:

• Project details: project name, location, contract value, dates, progress, status.
• Client details: client name and phone number you enter.
• Financial records: expenses (amount, category, description, date) and payments (amount, method, date).
• App preferences: local login session flag stored in SharedPreferences.

We do not collect location data, contacts, device identifiers, analytics, or usage statistics.

Use of Data

Data stored on your device is used only to display your dashboard, project lists, client overview, and financial summaries. The local demo login (architect@office.com / arch123) is checked on-device only and never sent anywhere.

Data Sharing

We never share, sell, or upload your data to any third party. Because the app is offline-only with local Hive storage, your data never leaves your phone unless you uninstall the app, clear its data, or share your device.

Ads & Third-Party Services

The app contains no ads, no trackers, no cookies, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party services. All used packages (Hive, SharedPreferences, go_router, intl) operate locally on the device.

Data Security

Your data is kept in on-device local storage. Reasonable protection depends on your device lock, OS updates, and backups. Deleting the app or clearing app data permanently removes all records, as there is no cloud backup.

Children's Privacy

The app is a professional business tool and is not directed at children under 13. No children's data is knowingly collected.

Changes to This Policy

If the app adds online features in the future, this policy will be updated and the new date shown above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

App Usage

You may use the app to manage your own architectural projects, clients, expenses and payments for lawful professional purposes.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of entered data (contract values, payments, expenses, phone numbers) and for keeping your device secure. Regularly back up important records externally.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss from device failure, uninstallation, or misuse, nor for financial decisions based on app summaries.

App Ownership

All app design, code, and branding belong to the app owner/developer. You may not copy, decompile, or redistribute the app except as permitted by the store.
