• Cleaning Tasks: Task names, assigned areas (stairs, entrance, garage, roof), status (pending or completed), dates, and completion timestamps
• Service Feedback: Ratings (1-5 stars), comments, timestamps, and optional task associations
• Task History: Historical records of completed cleaning tasks

What We Do NOT Collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data or GPS information
• Device identifiers or unique device IDs
• Analytics or usage statistics
• Crash reports or error logs
• Contact information or address book data
• Photos, videos, or media files
• Financial or payment information

2. Use of Data

All data collected by Nazif is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the cleaning task tracking functionality
• To display your task history and weekly schedules
• To store and display service feedback and ratings
• To enable app features such as task management and scheduling

Your data is processed entirely on your device. We do not have access to your data, and it is not transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

3. Data Storage

Nazif uses local device storage (SharedPreferences) to store all your data. This means:

• All data is stored securely on your device only
• Data is not synchronized to the cloud or external servers
• Data remains private and accessible only to you
• If you uninstall the app, all stored data will be deleted
• If you clear app data through your device settings, all stored information will be removed

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to your information and therefore cannot share it.

Your data is never transmitted over the internet, uploaded to cloud services, or accessed by external parties.

5. Ads & Third-Party Services

Nazif does not display advertisements, integrate third-party analytics, use tracking technologies, or include any third-party services that would access your data.

The app operates completely offline and does not require internet connectivity for its core functionality.

6. Data Security

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security measures:

• Use device lock features (PIN, password, fingerprint, face recognition)
• Keep your device's operating system updated
• Be cautious when granting permissions to other apps
• Consider using encryption if available on your device

We recommend taking standard precautions to protect your device, as any unauthorized access to your device could potentially access the data stored by Nazif.

7. Children's Privacy

Nazif is intended for use by individuals managing cleaning services in apartment buildings. While the app does not require age verification or collect personal information, we recommend that children under 13 years of age use the app under parental supervision.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to Nazif, please note that all data is stored locally on the device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: You can view all your data within the app at any time
• Modify: You can edit or delete tasks and feedback directly in the app
• Delete: You can delete all data by using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings, or by uninstalling the app
• Export: Currently, the app does not provide data export functionality

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nazif mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. App Usage

Nazif is a cleaning and services tracking application designed for managing cleaning tasks in apartment buildings. The App allows you to:

• Create, manage, and track daily cleaning tasks
• Organize tasks by area (stairs, entrance, garage, roof)
• View weekly schedules and task history
• Submit service feedback with ratings and comments
• Access settings and manage stored data

You must use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information stored in the App on your device.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of information you enter into the App
• Maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access
• Backing up your data if you wish to preserve it (the App does not provide automatic backup)
• Any actions taken based on information stored in or displayed by the App
• Ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements to run the App

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or hack the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels in the App

3. Offline Operation

Nazif operates entirely offline and does not require internet connectivity for its core features. All data is stored locally on your device. You acknowledge that:

• The App will function without an internet connection
• Data is not automatically synchronized across devices
• If you lose access to your device or the device is damaged, your data may be lost unless you have backed it up separately
• Uninstalling the app will delete all stored data

4. Data Loss and Backup

You understand and agree that:

• Nazif stores data locally on your device only
• We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, loss, theft, or damage
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from app uninstallation, system updates, or device resets
• It is your responsibility to back up any important data stored in the App
• The App currently does not provide built-in backup or data export functionality

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAZIF AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Loss or corruption of data stored in the App
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Any errors, bugs, or interruptions in App functionality

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

6. App Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time
• Release updates that may add, remove, or modify features
• Require you to update to the latest version to continue using certain features

We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or updates for the App. Updates may be made available through app stores, and you may be required to download and install updates to continue using the App.

7. App Ownership

The Nazif app, including its design, code, features, and all intellectual property rights, is owned by the developers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you any rights to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Distribute, sublicense, or sell the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may be distributed through third-party app stores (such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms and conditions of those app stores. We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or actions of third-party app stores.
